How It Works:
- Reach out via my contact form or email. Include details about your destination(s), travel dates, budget, and any preferences or special interests.
- Initial consultation via email, phone, or video call to get to know you and your travel style. I can let you know what I can offer you based on this. After this, we will decide if we are a good fit to move forward with the travel plan.
- Discovery: Once we have decided to work together, I will have more questions so I can plan your perfect itinerary. We can communicate through email, phone call or video calls.
- Workshopping: I’ll create a first draft of your day-by-day itinerary, with options and recommendations. I will listen to any changes or feedback you want, and perfect the itinerary.
- Final itinerary: You’ll receive a comprehensive itinerary, Google Map and spreadsheet ready for you to use for bookings and travel.
Pricing:
- My travel planning services start at $100–$200 per trip day, depending on the complexity of your trip and number of destinations.
- Planning for groups, multi-destination trips, or specialized requests may adjust the price.
- I suggest reaching out at least 4-6 months in advance, as anything less than this may leave us with less options
Since I do not make bookings, you retain full control over flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
