1. Fine Art Prints
We want you to be completely satisfied with your print.
- Damaged or Defective Prints: If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the print and packaging. We will offer either:
- A replacement print, or
- A full refund for the purchase price of the print.
- Non-Defective Prints: All other print purchases are final. This includes prints that you change your mind about or that do not fit your framing or decor.
2. Digital Products (Presets)
All digital products, including presets, are final sale.
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for digital downloads.
- Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Shipping & Handling (Prints Only)
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
- International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
- We package all prints carefully using rigid backing, protective sleeves, and sturdy mailers to prevent damage.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, postal service issues, or natural events. We provide tracking when available, but delivery times may vary by country.
- For high-value prints, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
